The best thing about today...
was celebrating Christmas with the cousins. There were lots of kids, lots of food, lots of laughs and lots of hugs. I love my family!!
was realizing that I don't like to cook under pressure. I love to spend time in the kitchen cooking/baking, but I do much better when I'm not under a time crunch. If I'm rushed, then there ends up being sweet potatoes on the wall, cheese on the floor, and pizza dough in the garbage. It's better if I can take my time.
